1. The left and right turn indicators are not working properly
When the handle switch is turned to left or right, the left and right turn lights of the excavator do not flash. Please check whether the wiring harness between the left and right turn signals and the load end of the flasher relay is in good contact. (If a short circuit occurs, the steering switch is damaged), measure whether the power input at the power input end of the flash relay is normal. If the above conditions are normal, the flash relay is damaged; when the handle switch is turned to left or right, if the power input under the steering machine The left and right turn indicators flash, but the left and right turn lights of the excavator do not flash. Please check whether the wiring harness connection from the flash relay to the left and right turn lights of the excavator and the load light are burned out.
2. The excavator cannot start
Under other conditions that are completely normal, the failure of the flameout solenoid valve and starter will cause the excavator to fail to start.
If If the input is completely normal but the solenoid valve does not operate, the solenoid valve is damaged; if the input is abnormal, please check the corresponding quick suction and holding relays.
2. The starter does not work: When the key start switch is turned to the start position, the start (R2) end of the key switch should have a power output. If there is no output, the key switch is damaged; after the starting end of the key switch has output to the starting compound relay, measure whether there is output from the starting compound relay.
3. There is power supply voltage at the midpoint signal terminal of the starter composite relay (check whether the signal input of the midpoint signal terminal is short-circuited with the power supply or the midpoint output of the starter is abnormal). If the output of the starter compound relay is normal, check whether the wiring harness connection between the output end of the starter compound relay and the starter is intact (measure whether there is voltage in the starter wire at the starter end); if the above conditions are completely normal, it can be judged that the starter is not working properly. .
Note: The above judgment must be established when other conditions are completely normal. If the system voltage is too low, the starter cannot start.
