The reason why the first gear of the loader is powerless and the other gears are normal

What is the reason why the first gear of the loader is powerless and the other gears are normal? What should we do if this happens?

The reason why the first gear of the loader is powerless and the other gears are normal

First, check the pressure on the transmission gauge to see if there is any pressure drop in the first gear position. If the pressure is below 98.1KPa, the first gear drive must be weak. The reason for these phenomena is that the first gear piston ring is scratched or worn too much, causing excessive leakage of pressure oil, thus making the first gear drive weak.

In addition, it is possible that the O-ring on the outside of the first gear cylinder is damaged, causing a large amount of pressure oil to leak. If the failure is caused by the above reasons, the gearbox must be lifted out, and the damaged piston rings and sealing rings must be disassembled and replaced. If the transmission pressure gauge does not reduce pressure in the first gear position, it is likely that the transmission lever is not adjusted in place, making the first gear drive weak. The transmission lever should be readjusted until it reaches the specified position.
