Product introduction
Caterpillar D9R crawler bulldozer is a crawler bulldozer with a power of 220-320 manufactured by Caterpillar. Designed for the most demanding jobs. The D9R's durable body structure can withstand harsh working conditions. It delivers the reliability and low operating costs you've come to expect from Cat machines when moving material.
Product features
1. The optional innovative SystemOne chassis system can greatly reduce the maintenance time and cost of the chassis system, reduce your cost and improve your income. This innovative system features a rotating bushing design that extends bushing life and eliminates the need for bushing rotation. Swivel pin bushings combined with long life sprockets and center deck idlers increase overall system life and reliability. Suitable for almost any application or ground condition, the SystemOne undercarriage significantly reduces vibration for a better, more comfortable ride for the operator.
2. Standard sealed and lubricated track (SALT) undercarriage provides long life in harsh operating conditions. Segmented sprockets are easy to replace and less expensive than replacing the entire sprocket hub.
3. Track frames are available in extra long (XL) and low ground pressure (LGP) configurations. The XL undercarriage features a larger ground contact patch, enhanced flotation, excellent balance and excellent fine grading performance. Additionally, LGP undercarriage features wider track shoes for increased ground contact area for optimum flotation and stability on slopes and fine grading. As an additional option, the low ground pressure undercarriage on the D5K can be fitted with 762 mm (30 in) track shoes.
4. Caterpillar has been committed to revolutionizing the way materials are moved with new technology solutions for earth moving machinery. These new technology solutions enable higher accuracy, higher operating efficiency, lower operating costs and higher profitability. The AccuGrade system is integrated with the machine and hydraulic system for an automatic blade control system that allows the operator to grade with greater precision. The system uses machine-mounted sensors to accurately calculate blade pitch and elevation information.
5. The AccuGrade Laser Control System uses a laser transmitter and receiver for precise grade control. Laser transmitters are set at the work site to provide a constant slope reference for the entire work area. A digital laser receiver mounted on the machine captures the laser signal. The system calculates the blade adjustments needed to complete the grading job, automatically adjusts the pitch height (typically performed by the operator), and provides automatic control of the blade. The operator only needs to perform simple driving operations. Automatic blade control lets you finish grading faster and with fewer passes, reducing the need for traditional survey posts or grade checkers. The system can also calculate cut/fill requirements for manual blade control. Jobs are completed faster, with greater accuracy and with less labor. AccuGrade laser control systems are ideal for flat surfaces such as concrete platforms and driveways.
6. AccuGrade GPS calculates machine location information and compares blade position to design plan. It provides information to the operator via a display in the cab. Display shows blade elevation angle, cut/fill necessary to complete grading, blade position on design plane, and a graphic view of the design plan identifying machine location. AccuGrade GPS provides a new level of control by providing all the information the operator needs to get the job done while in the cab. Vertical and horizontal navigation tools provide the operator with visual guidance to achieve the desired grade. The automatic function allows the hydraulic system to automatically regulate the blade to move the blade to the desired grade. Operators simply use the light bar to guide the machine on steady and precise slopes and slopes, making work easier and more productive. AccuGrade GPS is best suited for shoveling and terrain grading.
7. Caterpillar was the first to integrate this system and its monitor into the machine's dashboard for easy viewing during work. The AccuGrade Monitor is conveniently located to allow the operator to see directly into the edge of the blade while viewing system information.
8. VPAT blades are designed specifically for fine grading, ditch backfill, V-trench digging, paving, landfills, medium ground clearing and heavy dozing. This 6-way blade is strong, durable, and adjustable for angle and tilt. Blade corners and edges are easier for the operator to see. This is especially important when working near curbs and foundation structures.
9. Powerful parallel linkage ripper increases your ripping efficiency. Parallel linkage design provides better penetration and maneuverability in tight work areas.
10. A more convenient way to work in the jungle. The D5K can be equipped with the following features to meet a variety of forestry needs:
Forestry blades feature extra protection to protect the dozer from debris and increase blade productivity
Cat hydraulic winches feature excellent wire pull at any speed and precisely variable drum speed
Abrasion Rear Fuel Tank Guard.
11. Caterpillar hydraulic winches provide excellent load control with precise and variable adjustment of speed and pull. Mechanical winches force the operator to choose the gear ratio of the winch. Cat hydraulic winches avoid this hassle by providing both the speed of a standard winch and the pull of a low speed winch. The result of this is:
Excellent rope pull at any speed
Precisely variable drum speed
Unrivaled Load Control Capabilities
