There are many faults of the breaker. One of the more troublesome problems is that the breaker does not strike or strikes abnormally. So how to solve the problem of the breaker not striking? This article introduces a few points to you, I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
No attack at all
1. There is no high-pressure oil flowing in the high-pressure pipeline
a. Close the stop valve—open the stop valve;
b. The oil inlet and return hoses are connected incorrectly—adjust them and reconnect them;
c. The multi-way control valve is connected incorrectly—adjust it and reconnect it;
d. Insufficient hydraulic oil—add hydraulic oil.
2. Abnormal pressure at the oil inlet of the breaker
a. Adjust the relief valve—re-adjust;
b. Hydraulic pump performance decline—repair or replace the hydraulic pump;
3. The pressure in the nitrogen chamber is abnormal—adjust the nitrogen pressure;
4. The nitrogen chamber is filled with hydraulic oil—replace the repair kit;
5. The piston, cylinder, and control valve are damaged—repair or replace them, and check the filter and hydraulic oil, and replace them if necessary.
When striking, pause for a while and then strike again
a. The nitrogen chamber pressure is abnormal—adjust the nitrogen chamber pressure;
b. The piston, cylinder, and control valve are strained—repair or replace them, and check the filter and hydraulic oil, and replace them if necessary.
Only hit once and it won’t move.
a. Close the stop valve—open the stop valve;
b. The main oil return pipe is not connected to the fuel tank, and the oil return resistance is large – connect the main oil return pipe to the fuel tank.
Fewer strikes
1. When the breaker is installed, the number of blows is small.
a. The relief valve is not adjusted correctly—reconnect the meter to adjust;
b. Hydraulic pump performance decline—check, repair or replace the hydraulic pump;
c. The pressure in the nitrogen chamber is wrong—adjust to the specified pressure;
d. The oil return pipe is not connected correctly—connect the oil return pipe to the fuel tank.
2. Gradually use it less and less
a. The stop valve is closed due to vibration—open the stop valve;
b. The oil supply of the pump is not enough–check, repair or replace the hydraulic pump;
c. Relief valve leaks — readjust the pressure after cleaning or replacement;
d. The amount of hydraulic oil is not enough—add hydraulic oil.
